Design Submission Deadline: July 6, 2018
All designs must be received and reviewed by the Art Committee for acceptance into the design portfolio, from which sponsors will select designs for their apples. Selected artists will be notified by telephone and/or mail.
• Artist/Sponsor Party –July 12, 2018
A gathering of selected artists and sponsors. Refreshments served and sponsors and artists introduced. All designs will be exhibited at this event.
• Apple forms are available to selected artists for creation – July 16 through Sept. 8, 2018.
• Final creations picked up from artists for final auto-body clear coating – Sept 8, 2018
• Public display of Apples - September 15, 2018 through Spring 2019
• Apples &Arts Auction at the Calvanese Gala April 6, 2019
Artists may touch-up apples for final auction during the week prior to the Auction Party.
Artists will be notified of specific dates or date changes as information becomes available. Additional promotional events may be scheduled.
